Chichester Community Development Trust (CCDT) is thrilled to announce our new café partner at The Pavilion Chichester — Caccia and Tails. Managing the café area within this much-loved community building, overlooking Havenstoke Park, Elisa Furci, Founder will open a new venture, serving its delicious offerings from Tuesday 16th July.
Caccia and Tails aim to make The Pavilion cafe space their own, while preserving the venue’s unique charm, which seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring a living wall and stunning views of Havenstoke Park, beyond the decking.
All the services at The Pavilion share the same vision, upholding the three main values of Mind-Body Health, Paying It Forward, and Community. The new café will complement the range of treatments and classes that continue to take place at The Pavilion Chichester. In the therapy rooms, a range of services are available, including talking therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acupuncture, and massage, as well as practical treatments like health/life coaching, and nutritional therapy. Additionally, our studio schedule features a variety of classes, talks, and activities held in our beautiful fitness studio, which overlooks Havenstoke Park. Elisa says, “Caccia & Tails is a product of my heritage. On a trip to visit family in Genova, we realised that Focaccia Genovese was too good to leave behind. This regional style of Focaccia, which is eaten upside down to allow the salt to hit your tongue, is possibly something people haven’t experienced yet. We can’t wait to share it with them, alongside some excellent coffee, and fresh drinks, including some of our signature cocktails. Elisa Furci, Founder, brings a passion for modern, casual dining. Influenced by her unique upbringing with a New Yorker mother and an Italian jazz musician father. Elisa’s journey in hospitality began with five years at Spaghetti Junction, run with her mother. She then expanded her experience across multiple venues in London, soaking up the London restaurant scene, always learning and planning her dream offer, before opening her own business; Caccia and Tails.
