Designed around the needs of the Chichester community this beautiful park-side location is the perfect space to care for your mind and body and connect with those around you. The Pavilion houses a wonderful fitness studio for group classes and therapy rooms for 1-2-1 sessions.

The Studio

The Studio is a light-filled, airy room with large windows that look out over Havenstoke Park and could be used for a variety of larger classes such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, dance, theatre, kids classes, music or anything else that you have in mind. This 9x9m space, will fit approximately 20 students on mats, or more for dance and other types of classes. The studio can easily be converted with chairs and tables set up. This creates a wonderful space for events, workshops & courses.

The Treatment Rooms

Our light & peaceful treatment rooms are fitted with comfortable chairs and soft lighting for relaxation, and sound proofed for privacy and relaxation. We have two bigger rooms, one is equipped with a massage table and the other has space for one if you wish to bring your own.

The Common Room

Pavilion Common Room offers a flexible, light-filled space ideal for short-term and meanwhile use. We are seeking creative, community-minded operators who would like to test, grow, or showcase their concept in a supportive setting.

Particularly suited to:

Artisan food producers and bakers

Pop-up retail such as greengrocers, farm shops, fresh produce stalls or zero-waste refill concepts

Local makers, gift and lifestyle retailers

Wellbeing-led or family-friendly concepts

This is a great opportunity to test new ideas, reach a strong local customer base, and be part of a welcoming community venue. We are open to flexible arrangements, including weekend, seasonal, and event-based trading. Opportunities are available on a commission/ revenue-share basis or via a rental arrangement. Operators will need to provide their own licences and insurance.
