All sessions first come, first serve – please cancel your booking if you’re not able to attend to open the space up for someone else.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Are dogs welcome/Is it dog friendly? 
YES! This event welcomes dogs, but due to children running around, picnics and inflatables all dogs MUST be kept on lead.
 
We will also have a dog agility space so bring your pups along too. 

YES! We have Woodies Wood Fire Pizzas, Edge serving snacks and drinks, Hungerbusters serving up burgers and Decucas Ice Cream there for the day.

NO. Due to health and safety, no BBQ’s will be allowed on the site. We have plenty of food options you can choose from. 

We advise parking in either Northgate carpark and take the short walk, or at the Rugby Club. Our on-site parking is reserved for stallholders only and the Pavilion carpark will be closed.

YES! Although spaces are limited, book early to avoid disappointment. Stalls are free for charities and community organisations. Or, £50 for local businesses.

Calling all community groups, charities, local traders, makers & entertainers – we’d love you to join us for our biggest event of the year at Graylingwell Chapel! We’re looking for:!

Community stalls – fun, interactive & FREE to host!

Local vendors – £50 pitch (discounts available with small profit-share)!

Family-friendly entertainers – singers, jugglers, magicians, storytellers – all welcome!!

It’s a brilliant chance to showcase what you do, connect with locals, and be part of a vibrant day of fun and live entertainment.
