Finance Manager – £40k pro rata. 12-month contract – 15 hours per week – split over 2 or 3 days

Are you a financial professional with a passion for community impact?

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead CCDT’s day-to-day financial operations. You’ll provide key support to the CEO, Trustees, and project leads, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and clarity in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
  • Oversee payroll, invoicing, and cash flow
  • Maintain and develop financial systems (including Xero)
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
  • Ensure charity compliance and reporting

About You:

  • Part-qualified or qualified accountant (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Xero and Excel
  • Skilled in communicating financial data clearly
  • Charity finance/fund tracking experience desirable

Marketing Administrator – £25k pro rata. 12-month contract – 10 hours per week – split over 2 days

Are you a creative communicator ready to inspire and inform?

The Marketing Administrator will lead CCDT’s content creation, storytelling, and promotion of events and programmes. You’ll bring our impact to life across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media, website, newsletters, and event promotions
  • Collaborate with project leads on campaigns
  • Collect stories, visuals, and data to showcase our work
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement

About You:

  • Excellent writing skills and creative flair
  • Experience managing social media and using Canva
  • Strong organisational skills and eye for detail
  • WordPress, Mailchimp, or photography skills desirable
