At the Pavilion on Feb 24th 8.30am-3.30pm (Havenstoke Park, Chichester), there will be free studio sessions (Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Dance & more) and therapy taster sessions (including counselling, beauty treatments, hearing tests and more) for EVERYONE. Whether you are there to focus on your physical or mental health, or just to simply relax, come and try something new (or familiar!) along with 20% off all food and drink at the Pavilion Coffee Spot.
Our taster day includes free studio sessions from 9.15am – 3pm, which range from power yin to pilates to broadway boogie (for adults & kids). Some of the therapy rooms and practitioners at the Pavilion are also accessible for free on the taster day (8.30am-3.30pm), and include reflexology, introduction to counselling, electrolysis and beauty consultations. Check out the timetable on social media and on our website**. Booking before the day is essential as we have limited space. Please book directly with the person you wish to see or contact us on info@thepavilionchichester.com. We hope to give everyone in our community the chance to try something new and exciting, and to give them the opportunity to meet new people in the neighbourhood, although of course, anyone travelling from far and wide is also welcome to join us.
Furthermore, we are thrilled to announce that ParkPlay is coming to Havenstoke Park for the first time on the same day, just outside the Pavilion! ParkPlay is two hours of free, informal games, encouraging people to get outside and have buckets of fun. Come join us from 10am-12pm on Saturday 24th of February, or any Saturday after that – just look for the PlayPark flag, everyone’s invited, whatever their age or circumstance. This is going to be running every Saturday for the foreseeable future, which we are so excited about. ParkPlay is being funded by Sport England, via Active Sussex, run by PlayPark with support from the CCDT, as we share a common aim of supporting our community by encouraging fresh air and accessible exercise. We would love to see as many people as possible in order to have a great time in the park, playing games, chatting and meeting new people, or grabbing a coffee from the Pavilion Coffee Spot. Please register on the PlayPark website.
“After a stressful, busy week, lots of people enjoy mucking about, playing and hanging out with their friends and neighbours at ParkPlay. We connect people and build community, ” says CEO of ParkPlay Rick Jenner.
We can’t wait to see you all on the 24th of February for a day of fun, mixed with looking after our wellbeing! Don’t forget to book if you would like to take part in the sessions in the studio, or with the practitioners at the Pavilion.
The Pavilion is located on Homestead Rd, Chichester PO19 6DA, right next to Havenstoke Park where the ParkPlay is taking place. Parking is limited, so if at all possible use other methods of transport such as walking or the bus – number 50 stops right outside the Pavilion car park!
