This December, the Chichester Community Development Trust (CCDT) has a wonderful line-up of Christmas events for all ages — from Santa’s Grotto and children’s parties to carols and handmade decorations. By joining in, you’ll also be supporting a local charity that helps build stronger, more connected communities all year round. Every ticket, every visit, and every moment of festive joy helps us continue our local projects and events. Come along, celebrate the season, and make a difference this Christmas.

Stitch Club Christmas Decorations
The Chapel will be filled with festive charm as our talented Stitch Club members showcase their handmade Christmas decorations. Each creation has been lovingly crafted, adding a touch of warmth, colour, and community spirit to the Chapel this season. Pop in anytime from 3rd December to admire their beautiful work and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

Santa’s Grotto
Santa is stopping by Graylingwell Chapel! Bring your little ones along for a magical meeting with Father Christmas, where they can share their wishes and take home a special gift.
£5 per child (includes a present).

Kids’ Christmas Party
Join us for an afternoon full of games, crafts, dancing, and festive fun designed especially for younger primary-aged children. A joyful way for children to get into the Christmas spirit before the big day.
Tickets: £3 for resident children | £5 for non-residents.
17th December — 6:00pm — Graylingwell Chapel
Christmas Carols at the Chapel
End the season on a high note with our much-loved Christmas Carol Concert. Enjoy performances from Get Vocal, Chichester Community Choir, and talented soloist Abby, as the Chapel fills with festive music and community spirit. Relax with a glass from our mulled wine bar and enjoy an evening that truly captures the joy of Christmas.
Tickets: £5 per person.
21st December
Community Carol Singing — Roussillon Park Community Hall
Join fellow residents for a free festive carol singing session from 3:30–6:30pm. Meet friends and neighbours, sing along to traditional carols, and enjoy some delicious mince pies in a warm, welcoming community atmosphere.
Christingle — Graylingwell Chapel
St Pancras Church will be hosting their Christingle service at Graylingwell Chapel at 3:00pm on the same day. Families are welcome to attend this special, festive celebration.

Holiday Opening Hours
Please note that Graylingwell Chapel will be closed on Christmas Day (25th December), Boxing Day (26th December), and New Year’s Day (1st January).
