Yes it is that time of year again we are asking for your support.

The Graylingwell Park Summer Garden Party is rapidly approaching us, and we need some help.  The Summer Garden Party is on sat 7/7/18 from midday till 4pm on Graylingwell Park ( Havenstoke Park ) , and we are looking for volunteers to help us ensure this event is a wonderful community day, we have all the fantastic stalls booked in, the tractor is booked, the musical entertainment too and a few new added attractions too including Shetland Ponies.

We have the following volunteer roles available on the day :-

· Tractor rides – Shifts between 12 – 1pm, 1pm- 2pm, 2pm-3pm and 3pm- 4pm – Taking donations

· Handing out programmes to visitors – Shifts between Midday-1pm, 1pm- 2pm, 2pm-3pm and 3pm- 4pm – Ensuring everyone knows what is happening and when.

· Helping on our CCDT stall Shifts between Midday-1pm, 1pm- 2pm, 2pm-3pm and 3pm- 4pm – handing out goody bags, informing people about what CCDT do in your Community.

· Set up and Break down – from early morning until approx 6pm – a vast variety of roles to be fulfilled, they will be very manual roles like setting up chairs, carrying equipment etc

You may already be committed to volunteering at the event through the Graylingwell Park Residents association we thank you for supporting them.
