Have you ever walked past the Pavilion and wondered what actually goes on inside?

Maybe you’ve thought about trying yoga, joining a dance class, improving your fitness, or simply finding a welcoming space to switch off for an hour, but never quite got around to it.

There’s a huge range of activities happening here every single week, right in the heart of the community at the Pavilion. From Pilates and Tai Chi to dance, breathwork, wellbeing sessions and community projects, the Pavilion Studio has become a place where people come to move, connect, recharge, and try something new.

Looking for strength and flexibility?


There are Pilates classes running throughout the week, including beginner, mixed-level, and restorative sessions.

Need something uplifting after a long day?


Broadway Boogie, Commercial Street Dance, POWER Fitness, and Emotion Dance bring energy, music, movement, and plenty of joy into the studio.

Searching for calm and balance?


Yoga, Tai Chi, Breathwork, and monthly Gong Sound Baths offer space to slow down and reconnect.

There’s also MumFit, Mum & Baby Yoga, Community Projects, and regular wellbeing workshops, all helping to make the Pavilion more than just a studio space.

We also have many different services available within the therapy rooms located at The Pavilion. Designed to care for your body and mind, they range from talking therapies such as cognitive behavioural therapies, to acupuncture and massage, as well as practical functions such as podiatry and health/life coaching and nutritional therapies.
