Graylingwell Park, Chichester, P019 6YS
A large open plan area measuring 12m x 6m (72 m² / 775 ft²), with outdoor space.
The Lodge is already a favourite venue for many a group and organisation. Installed by CCDT in 2015, it is a lovely timber building that offers a flexible space for meetings and activities for up to 50 people. The room is fantastically bright and airy with white walls and floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the natural daylight; we find it allows for great creativity and calm. The venue overlooks Chapel Green at Graylingwell Park and has wonderful views of the Chapel, the iconic Water Tower and the Clockhouse. The green and leafy open spaces of Chapel Green can accommodate bouncy castles and gazebos for special events.
Kitchen: Floor and wall mounted kitchen units, hot water dispenser, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Kitchen utensils and equipment provided: china, glasses and cutlery for 30. Children’s cutlery, plates and bowls for 30.
Main room: Ground level with full disabled access. The room contains four floor-to-ceiling windows. A projector and retractable screen are ceiling mounted for presentations. 50 chairs and 7 tables are available. Wi-Fi is available.
The WC is accessed from the main room and designed to allow for disabled access.
Parking is limited and visitor parking is available at The Lodge and in the local vicinity.
