The Water Tower

A double storey space with downstairs measuring about 26m² and an 15m² upstairs mezzanine.
This unique and wonderful space is available for hire after 5pm Monday-Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. It will make the perfect venue for your next private function, networking event, business meeting, workshop or training course.
For only £25/hour (£16.50/hour for voluntary and charity organisations) you get access to a newly refurbished, fantastic double storey space, small kitchen, toilet, free WiFi, parking and a projector. Come by and take a look! We are in most days between 9am and 3pm and are more than happy to show you around.
Kitchen: ground floor kitchenette equipped with kettle, coffee machine, microwave and mini-fridge along with mugs and glasses for 15 and small selection of crockery and cutlery. Additional crockery, cutlery and wine glasses available on request.
Main space: Main two-storey space: ground floor area with large glazed frontage measuring approximately 26m2 with meeting table to seat 4-6 and WC accessed from the kitchen. Additional beautiful mezzanine floor equipped with two large wooden tables and 10 chairs. Projector available on request.
Please note that there are now bus gates in place dividing Graylingwell Park, which means you can only access the Water Tower by car through the East entrance and Kingsmead Avenue. (please see map)

Junction of A27/A285
From Barnfield Drive (PO19 6UX) Homebase is on your left. Straight over the next roundabout. Continue past Aldi on your right, Kingsmead Avenue. Take the second exit at the next roundabout.
Turn right at the junction onto Blomfield Drive and follow the road around.
The Water Tower is on your left and parking is opposite.
