Volunteering - current opportunities

Discover the benefits of volunteering by joining our wonderful team of volunteers. Even if you only have a few hours to spare, it can make a big difference. Volunteering is a great way of trying something new, gaining new skills and experience, meeting people and giving something back. (For more information see our volunteering FAQs.) However large or small – there are a number of opportunities where help would be invaluable – explore our current volunteer vacancies below.  For the majority of roles, you don’t need to have any experience, specialist skills or qualifications.

Mens Shed
helping with set up
Welcome Event – Keepers Green
Fri 11/9/20 4.30 till 7.30pm
Set up event, Registering attendees, running the Bar, talking to visitors, break down
Handy Person
To support CCDT in maintaining all of our buildings across several sites.
Pavilion Volunteers
From January 2021
Support the Therapists, meet and greet, tidying up welcome area
Forest School helpers
From September
Fri daytime and late afternoon helping supervise activities and children to enjoy nature
Yoof Club
Wednesday evenings
To support the leader connect with local teenagers
