Tai Chi is an ancient form of self defence and energy cultivation. As a moving meditation, Tai Chi helps you to connect with your inner being, encourages insight into what you want in life and empowers you to accomplish your goals.
The gentle yet powerful exercises and calming movements of Tai Chi allow you to balance and transform your energy which encourages health of body, vitality of spirit and tranquility of mind, creating a profound and rejuvenating effect.
Come along to an intense work out followed by an amazing meditation for the final 15 minutes. The lesson includes a deeply routed postural workout, that helps your core strength and muscle toning. The meditation at the end allows you to rest and still the mind, which we all need so much at this time.

Everyone Active have set up a couch to 5k to help improve fitness within any ages who want to get involved and have a go. All ages and experience welcome.
Tickets are free, however please book due to covid restrictions, as spaces are limited. Book your space here.
A fantastic way of getting motivated, meeting others and feeling connected whilst staying fit and healthy enjoying low impact exercise. Everyone Active coaches will be leading a group on a walk around the area, at a pace that suits all. A wonderful way to take in some fresh air and get out and about with friends or make new ones.
The walk will finish at the Pavilion where you can enjoy a delicious cup of freshly ground coffee, or well earned hot chocolate!
Numbers are limited due to Covid restrictions so pre-booking is essential, though all spaces are free to attend. Book your space for this week now.

Time: approx. 40 mins Distance 1.25 miles
NB – Please register for your place – under current Covid-19 restrictions the walks will only take 5 individuals plus the leader, creating a gathering of six people.
A flat walk at a gentle pace, enjoying the history of Graylingwell Park and surrounding areas, the buildings, trees & wildlife.
Meet : Outside the glass building looking onto Havenstoke Park, formerly the Linden Homes site marketing suite. Parking is very limited around the park, please walk, use public transport or car share if at all possible.
By Car: approach via College Lane and enter Graylingwell Park via Bloomfield Drive or Connolly Way there are a few Car Parking spaces around Havenstoke Park, but very few which may be occupied. Graylingwell Park has parking control in force.
By Bus: Number 50 run from the Cathedral every hour arriving at 7 mins past 10, the return bus to the Cathedral leaves at 20 mins past the hour.
