Dance & Beyond: Mini movers Ballet & Tap @ The Community Hall

Ballet is the foundation of dance; it provides the technique necessary to flourish in all other dance styles. We follow the Royal Academy of Dance curriculum and teach it a fun and engaging way, systematically working towards examinations to develop our students’ sense of achievement!

We are giving all children the opportunity to come and try out any lesson on our timetable for FREE for the first two weeks.

Buggy fit is an outdoor exercise class aimed specifically at postnatal mums. The class allows you to bring baby with you so you both get the benefit of fresh air! After childbirth life changes dramatically and you spend most of your time with baby activities but studies show taking time for yourself, especially taking up exercise is fantastic not only for your fitness but also your mental health too. Exercise promotes a better metabolism relieving stress whilst improving stamina all making for a happier mummy. Buggyfit comes with the added bonus of exercising with like- minded women enabling you to make new friends and benefit from the social fun these classes bring.

Buggyfit classes incorporate cardio vascular and fat-burning exercises with strength training and toning, concentrating on the specific areas that need work after childbirth. The great thing is that this mix produces maximum results for each class members as it not only tones those problem areas but helps to raise the metabolic rate and aid in weight loss too.

We meet outside the Sales office at Havenstoke Park.

Come along to an intense work out followed by an amazing meditation for the final 15 minutes.  The lesson includes a deeply routed postural workout, that helps your core strength and muscle toning.  The meditation at the end allows you to rest and still the mind, which we all need so much at this time.

To book your place on the class contact Hayley and find out any additional information you require. Social distancing will be observed.  Please bring your own mats.  If you have your own bands you may want to bring these for assistance as well.  Any questions don’t hesitate to call.

Everyone Active have set up a couch to 5k to help improve fitness within any ages who want to get involved and have a go.  All ages and experience welcome.

A fantastic way of getting motivated, meeting others and feeling connected whilst staying fit and healthy enjoying low impact exercise.  Everyone Active coaches will be leading a group on a walk around the area, at a pace that suits all.  A wonderful way to take in some fresh air and get out and about with friends or make new ones.

The walk will finish at the Pavilion where you can enjoy a delicious cup of freshly ground coffee, or well earned hot chocolate!

Numbers are limited due to Covid restrictions so pre-booking is essential, though all spaces are free to attend.  Book your space for this week now.
