Having returned to lockdown we are still very much here for you at our community cafe each week – it’s such a great opportunity to get together and connect with neighbours and others in the local area, as well as the CCDT team to hear about everything that’s going on.  Whilst we can’t meet in person we do it on zoom, which is a fantastic second best.  We will of course re-open the cafe as soon as it is safe to do so.

Please come and join us for your coffee break on a Thursday morning and catch up with news – wherever possible we will have a guest speaker to join us for a short session about something interesting or helpful, such as Cecilie, the wellbeing lead at CCDT on the mind body wellness space being developed at the Pavilion who spoke about ways to keep our mindsets positive.  Be sure to let others in the community that you know who could do with reaching out to others know about it too.  join the community café zoom here

Fish & Chips Quiz Night – Virtually @ Online

Fish & Chips Quiz Night - Virtually @ Online

The wonderful fish & chip quiz night is not going away, in spite of yet another lockdown – it’s going back online, raising important funds for local charities struggling at this time!

It proved such a great way to connect, have some fun, and dust off the brain cells last lockdown so we didn’t think twice about bringing it back to zoom. Added to which you can have guest visitors from near and far join the zoom whilst it’s online, so be sure to call friends and family and have them join you there.

The cost of the event per person will be as it was before lockdown, however free spaces are available for NHS workers or those facing financial challenges at this time so don’t hesitate to drop us a mail to info@chichester.org.uk and we’ll send you login details through, we’d love to have you all take part:

£3.50 to participate in the quiz.

Tickets can be bought here on Eventbrite, and a link to the zoom will be sent out on the day of the quiz – go on book yourself a place now – Brian is the ultimate quiz master!

Thank you for your ongoing support of this wonderful event.  The zoom will be accessible from 6.45pm for the quiz to start promptly at 7:00pm.

Fish & Chips Quiz Night @ The Lodge
Mar 17 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Fish & Chips Quiz Night @ The Lodge

The wonderful fish & chip quiz night is back,  hosted in the new Lodge at Keepers Green.

All social distancing measures will be applied, with numbers limited to a maximum of 30 spaces; tables laid out to provide spacing between each participant from different households; hand gel to be used before and during the event; food delivered to your table; and full cleaning before and after the event. We must also ask that those wanting fish & chips bring their own plates and cutlery, with your own drinks and glasses brought with you, and taken home for cleaning.

The cost of the event per person will be as it was before lockdown:

£3.50 to participate in the quiz

£9.00 if you would also like Fish & Chips

Registrations should be made here or by clicking on the ‘tickets’ button above – there is no charge at this point but it will inform us of your name and email so that we can inform you of any changes should social distancing regulations be changed between now and the event, and ensure we do not exceed our allocated spaces. If you can no longer attend for any reason we fully understand but we would be very grateful if you could let us know so we can free spaces up for others. Money will be taken on the door using a handheld chip and pin machine, or please bring the correct amount in cash.  Pre-registration is ESSENTIAL due to the limited places.

Thank you for your ongoing support of this wonderful event.  Doors will open at 6:30pm for the quiz to start promptly at 7:00pm.
