The Studios are currently not available for hire. By 2020 the derelict stable buildings at Graylingwell Park will be refurbished and transformed into enterprise studios that will be owned and managed by CCDT.
The Studios will provide a range of facilities and space for individuals and businesses to rent at affordable prices, with the aim of supporting sustainable growth of young and small enterprises locally.
The 10,000 ft² facility will include spaces for hire for artists’ studios, for social enterprise start-ups and voluntary sector organisations and ‘business incubator’ units that will provide start-up support for new enterprises. We hope to help individuals, businesses and organisations from a variety of sectors including arts, catering, and training. With flexible rent options, the Studios will provide opportunities for individuals to benefit from early-stage support encouraging networking, collaboration and mutual support.
The Studios will be multi-functional and accommodate all kinds of uses. Studio and development space isn’t easy to find and the Graylingwell Studios will provide a resources for a number of groups and organisations who currently feel they don’t have a suitable base.
