Your spine is one of the most important parts of your body and keeping it healthy is vital to the overall functioning of your body, mind and spirit. A stiff spine can lead to pain, movement limitations and many other health complications as its connected to your internal organs.
Approximately 80-90% of people suffer with back pain at some point in their life, and the best way to avoid it is preventative exercise. The key to eternal youth is held in a flexible spine.
In this workshop you will be given yogic tools to create your own fountain of youth in your spine, as well as learning how to listen to your body so it doesn’t need to shout at you (in the form of pain), and increasing your intuition so you may always be guided towards health and harmony.
We will cover diet and herbal remedies that specifically help reduce pain and inflammation, what increases and decreases pain, relaxation and experience gong healing.
